    Thirty days of going vegan is in the books and I have to say this one was a bit more difficult than keto for me as it took me out of my comfort zone. This Vegan 30 day challenge certainly surprised me in several ways and at the end of the day, I think it is a reasonable diet to follow as long as it's planned adequately.

    Veganism is an art just like anything else we are not familiar with. A lot of your issues are due to just a simple lack of understanding; easily remedied with some plant nutrition education-- but yes it isn't easy.

    And honestly--- you probably should have consulted a doctor first. cough

    The only reason I can come up with why he chose to eat vegan through Thrive is that this video was sponsored?
    All the issues he encountered was unnecessary.

    I got some advice about this veganism so I could try but this response came out-
    my blood is too pure/ too clean- high supplements levels, above-average blood/ WBC count
    my vegan cousin said theirs too many carbs to handle (her vegan doctor made her do it)

    Try and do a diet that you avoid the eight major allergins I personally have to avoid milk. But I am in college and they literally cover everything in cheese

    Great that an MD/DO talks intelligently on nutrition. Unless something has changed in the curricula, you did not receive any nutritional instruction in medical school. For health reasons I’ve been WFPB for a number of years, mostly vegan, agree that just cutting out the animal products does not make one healthy. My transition was more gradual, over six months to a year and a half, replacing processed foods added oil and dairy with plant-based options, so my bloating was minimal.
